htc unlocked with sense faulty swap for ipod touch ?

htc unlocked with sense faulty im not to sure which htc it is but it works perfectly the only problem is that the touchscreen is cracked a little at the top but the touch screen still works perfectly and you can still use the phone in every way Unlocked to all networks... has a spongebob protective cover on it....
